What is artificial intelligence? How does it differ from past technological advances? What are some AI applications for engineers? Does AI threaten the future of professional practice? In this presentation, Prof. Eli Wald will offer a working definition of AI, provide examples drawn from the day-to-day experiences of engineers, and discuss best practices to responsibly take advantage of AI advances.
